. This site aims to give the people of Clun and Chapel Lawn greater access to information about the activities and decisions of the Council. The site provides information on the membership of the Parish Council and contact details for the Parish Clerk. Contact numbers and addresses of all Councillors for the Parish can be found here. In the Meetings Section you can find signed and approved minutes for all full council meetings since February 2004. The agenda for each full Council Meeting will also be available about 7 days before each monthly meeting. For those electors who do not have access to modern technology they can, of course, attend the actual meetings. All council meetings are open to the public and press. Before each meeting a short time is allowed for any members of the public present to ask questions or make comments on any parish matter. At the same time as the agenda and draft minutes is sent out to Councillors (normally 7 days prior to the meeting but legal requirement is actually 3 working days) copies of both these are placed on the Parish Council notice board at the Town Hall. Two further copies are also available at the Post Office in Clun. The definitive signed and approved minutes for all Parish Council meetings are held by the Clerk to the Parish Council.
