Clun & Chapel Lawn Annual Parish Meeting  

Wednesday 25^th May 2011 at Hazelhurst Community Centre Clun Commencing at 7.00pm.

 Local Groups/Organisations are invited to present or forward a written report to the meeting.  This is not a Parish Council meeting although it is organised by the Parish Council for the benefit of residents and will be chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council.

All electors in the parish are invited to attend.  It is a chance for residents to put forward any comments regarding matters in the parish that they think are worthy of debate and discussion.  An agenda for the meeting will be issued closer to the date and anyone who wishes to include a suitable item on the agenda should write or email the Clerk
