Requirements If you need something special for
your event a wide range of equipment is available for hire at very
reasonable prices from Village Outreach at Bishop's Castle. Categories of
equipment cover audio visual and photographic, performance, catering and
outdoor, nursery and play, computer, sports and leisure. For information

Licensed Bar A contract exists between the
Memorial Hall and the White Horse Inn, Clun for the provision of bar
facilities for all events, public or private, held at the Hall. There is no
charge to hirers for this service. Any supply of alcohol is
strictly regulated by law. The Booking Secretary would be
pleased to give hirers advise. |

Hirers are expected to remove all
their rubbish including plastic tumblers, bottles and any catering
requisites and packaging after their event. Black bin bags are
available on request. We fully support
Shropshire Council's Recycling policy. To that end we
respectfully request that all hirers recycle their rubbish by removing it
to the nearest recycling centre when they vacate the premises. |
