Recycling Household Waste  There is now a new system of rubbish collection that aims to recycle as much of our waste as possible.  The majority of Clun residents have wheelie bins.  A black bin for non-recyclable waste and a green bin for waste that can be recycled using the Biodigester.  There is still the Green Box collection for recycling newspapers, bottles, tins.  There is a fortnightly collection for blacks bins and green bins.  They alternate thus one week it is the black bin, the next week the green bin.   On the week the black bin goes out the green box is also emptied.  The following week the Green wheelie bin is emptied.  There are special arrangements for those households where wheelie bins are not suitable.  For more details on this scheme go to Resort Scheme For details of the Household Waste Recycling Centre at Craven Arms click here
